THOUGHTFUL BIO

My passion for business began at sixteen. After dedicating my childhood to competitive figure skating, I decided to make the transition to coaching, and, in just a few short weeks, I had built a book of business. These students, and their parents, were my first clients and guiding them through their journey in the sport was nothing short of thrilling. Every decision I made following that — where to go to college, what to study, and how to maximize my earning potential — fell into place.

A few of my most formative career moments post-college include developing a new revenue stream for the largest advertising agency in Oklahoma, joining forces with the CRO of Dallas’ first Tech Accelerator to launch a growth-oriented startup, and guiding Fortune 100 organizations through large transformation efforts. All this to say, I am happiest when I am helping others grow.

Some of my favorite projects to work on are:

  • Creating a vision and design for strategic growth
  • Operationalizing sales functions and teams
  • Coaching others on how to use design thinking principals in their work
  • Developing and implementing impactful brand strategies
