Project Overview

Our client had just completed a restructuring of their IT organization and needed support for the transition. Thought Ensemble was engaged to support the transition, including change management and program management for the transition, definition of a new business engagement model, creation of a new ITIL process model/RACIs, and developing/leading training on core IT capabilities for new leaders.

The Results

  • The new stakeholder engagement model helped establish Business Relationship Directors in their new roles
  • ITIL processes provided clarity on how core IT functions would work in the new model
  • Training allowed IT resources to get up to speed quickly on core functions like demand management, prioritization and data management
  • IT resources successfully transitioned from their old roles into their new by the end of the engagement
