Consulting is a career that constantly prompts me to learn, adapt, and grow, both in my professional and personal development. Throughout my career the best learning experiences have been as a result of effectively applying feedback, which has led me to become increasingly adept at pivoting my approach towards solving challenging problems.
My drive to help others and solve new challenges is elevated when collaborating with my internal and client teammates. I strive to frame problems from a unique perspective to ensure that the challenge is met while capitalizing on opportunities for further improvement.
Some of my favorite challenges include:
- Identifying the root cause of a problem and developing a robust framework for business transformation
- Developing target operating models that improve business efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to establish practical strategies for growth
