The CEO of our client, a mid-sized insurance carrier, believes that disruptive innovation is real, in every industry. He asked us to build a process by which business problems could be matched with technology opportunities. We helped build a framework that not only generates regular ideas, but has alternative paths to support the development of those ideas to the state they can be integrated back into the “standard” processes.
