Todd has a number of years of consulting experience working with a diverse set of clients and industries. He specializes in process improvement strategies to help companies become more efficient in their day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Thought Ensemble, Todd was a consultant at Accenture for several years where his primary focus was Business and IT Strategy. He focused on Software Implementation & Integration while executing training and Change Management. His roles included Budgeting/Cost Savings Analysis, Project & Program Management, and several large Merger & Acquisition deals.
Todd began his career as a Business Continuity Consultant at Bank of America, providing expertise in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Over the years, Todd has provided expertise within a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Mobility, Retail, Professional Services, Real Estate, Lodging and Telecom. Todd holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
Being the youngest of two brothers, I always had big shoes to fill. I was constantly being asked, “So, what do you want to be when you grow up?” As if it were an easy question to answer. Well, as the years passed and my older brothers decided to become a doctor and a lawyer respectively, I was now stuck asking myself the very same question. I knew I was interested in business, enjoyed fixing things that were broken, and relished solving problems. Being able to solve a problem was not only rewarding to me, but more importantly added true value to the recipient I was helping. However, I still wasn’t sure where I could find the most satisfaction performing these types of activities.
While studying at the University of Texas at Austin, I made it a strong point to intern each summer with not only a different company, but with a different type of business field and background. Each internship that I was a part of was interesting, but I found myself not only doing the job that was asked of me but also finding ways to improve the job and make it more efficient/profitable. This is where I truly found my calling and knew I could now answer the question of what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wanted to be a business consultant and help clients develop skills and knowledge in order to turn their weaknesses into strengths and Thought Ensemble is definitely the perfect place for me to do just that.
